Granite State Candles in the Boston Voyager Magazine!

Granite State Candles in the Boston Voyager Magazine!

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Gallant and Jared Skliba.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Kevin and Jared. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Granite State Candles was started with the intent of combing our two hobbies; crafts and craft beer. The idea was brought up as a way to preserve the art on the label while re-purposing the empty aluminum can. We wanted to give back to the local breweries by using all natural soy wax to create candles using these pieces of art.

We brought in sample candles to the Backyard Brewery in Manchester, NH. In a short time our candles had sold out and we realized people had an interest in what we were trying to accomplish.

Our candles can now be found in many breweries, retail stores, and at local brew fests throughout New Hampshire. We are excited to work with more breweries in the surrounding area and we appreciate the support and positive feedback from our customers.
